At Aston London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be times when you wish to return a product. Below, we clearly explain our return policy.

1. How We Operate

Aston London operates on a direct-from-supplier model. To reduce waste and lower our CO₂ emissions, we do not maintain a large inventory. Some items are shipped directly from our supplier in China. As a result, approved returns must also be sent to our supplier’s designated return address in China.

2. Return Period and Request

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@astonlondon.com.

Please include:

Your order number
The reason for your return

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
All original labels and tags must still be attached.
Trying on an item is permitted, but items showing signs of wear cannot be returned.
Sale items may only be returned if they are defective or where required by applicable consumer law.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, earrings, and similar personal items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
4. Return Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any customs duties or import fees associated with the return are also the customer's responsibility.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Aston London cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.
5. Alternative Solution

Because international returns can be costly and time-consuming, Aston London may, where appropriate, offer an alternative solution such as a partial refund, store credit, or replacement item. Any such solution will be agreed upon by email and is entirely at our discretion.
